Order Processing

Orders typically take 1-2 days to complete. Order Processing Times typically increase during sales, holidays, etc. Think Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping within the continental US is through USPS. We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class on all continental United States orders over $100. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via an after purchase email from Shop Love Your Gut. For an update on your order status, you can visit the USPS Tracking Site and enter your tracking number provided to you in the Confirmation Purchase Email.

Return Policy

We are happy to accept a return on unopened, unused items. If you'd like to start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Keep the original packaging materials. Send it back via USPS. We are not responsible for return costs, except in the case of damaged product.

2. Include a note in the package that lists:

  • Your contact information (name, email, and phone number)
  • The reason for your return
  • Whether you would like to return or exchange
    
    

3. Mail it to our studio:

Please allow up to 10 business days to process the return. Once your package has been received in our studio, our customer service team will alert you via email. Exchanges must be for the same product.
